This song was written/recorded live during episode #165 of the Michael Duprey Variety Hour pod cast. It was a demonstration of how Rainbow Room uses time limits and improv in our song writing process.

The basic drums, rhythm guitar, and bass tracks were created within a time limit just before going live on the podcast by Jheremie and sent to Bryan just before starting the podcast. During the podcast the lyrics were written and then sent to Bryan. Bryan then had to sing the lyrics to the music he had never read or listened to, add any additional instruments and sounds, and then mix and master the song prior to the end of the podcast. The result was 'The Dangerous Dance by Nelly'.

This is an example of the Rainbow Room song writing process that allows us to create a large amount of quality songs in a shorter period of time.
